How to request a refund

If you bought through Gumroad: log into Gumroad, find the order in your library, and click "Request refund." Or email us at hello@online-income-research.pages.dev and we will process it.

If you bought through Stripe (direct on this site): email us with the order details and we will refund through Stripe within 3 business days.

What's not refundable

Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase. Bundle purchases where you've already accessed more than two products in the bundle (we trust you, but please don't abuse this).

Why we offer this

If a product doesn't deliver what we promised, you shouldn't be stuck with it. Telling us what didn't work helps us improve the next version.
